YOGA CLASSES ~ Dale Buegel (UPPER LEVEL)
New classes begin Tuesdays July 6^th 7:30-9:00PM, Thursdays July 8^th 10:30-Noon, Mondays July 12^th 9:00-10:30, & Wednesdays July14th 10:00-11:30. Yoga for Symmetry, Flexibility, and Tone. Ongoing Pilates Prep class Thursdays 11:00-Noon Learn the principle basic Pilates movements from a skilled physical therapist.  This class is specifically designed to prepare you for learning and using Pilates fundamentals as the groundwork for all exercises. Mat required for floor work. Stress Management, Wednesdays beginning August 18 (ending Sept. 8) 6:30-8:00 PM
This four week class helps you gain control over the stress factors in your life and teaches you how to work with stress.  You will also learn about the mind/body connection, and will experience hypnosis each week, as well as receive life-long tools to be able to control stress.  This is a very rewarding experience!
