Mary Jo Penn

Mary Jo Penn is an expert at finding and releasing the root emotional cause of illness and stress. Her journey began with a diagnosis of incurable rheumatoid arthritis. Doctors said she would be in a wheel chair and blind within the year. Turning adversity into inspiration, she pioneered her way to health through holistic healing. She has studied under multiple experts in shamanism and energy healing, and uses this knowledge to empower others. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWcWi1D_OgQ

An expert in emotional release, she specializes in rheumatoid arthritis and migraines, giving support and strategies to end the reactive cycle of pain. Her process finds and releases the root cause, which is a barrier to regenerating health. You will remain empowered to choose health regardless of your past or current circumstances. This reduces the stress caused by helplessness and disability in your life, and in exchange creates a high level of relief, satisfaction and joy. By relieving physical symptoms and stuck reactionary patterns using a holistic approach to balance the body's energy and dialogue with the subconscious mind, life becomes a series of choices, not reactions, allowing you to choose the life you live!

In addition to the healing arts, Mary Jo is certified in conflict resolution, which facilitates a workable solution to conflict.  She has practical experience mediating a variety of cases in the courthouse. She is presently developing a new model of mediation for corporations which integrates a holistic approach centered around a common intention, thus creating sustainable evolutions in corporate culture based on the company’s mission statement.
