Dr. Riegg’s extensive interest and experience in diagnosing breast cancer over two decades led her to the research, teachings and publications of John R. Lee, M.D. and David Zava, Ph.D. She subsequently obtained additional training and certification in Bio-Identical (Natural) Hormone Balancing and Medically Managed Weight Loss. Dr. Riegg has now established her own medical practice where she is dedicated to helping women and men overcome health challenges brought on by aging, such as menopause, andropause, adrenal fatigue, and thyroid disorders. Dr. Riegg is particularly passionate about helping people to identify and correct “estrogen dominance”, which is a common condition that leads to significantly increased risk of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, stroke, heart attack, and blood clot. She also works closely with patients whom desire to lose weight in a healthy, effective, and sustainable fashion, since weight gain often results in estrogen dominance.
